Yes. Paying annually saves 10% on your agreed monthly plan rate: Website Essentials from NZ$270/year, saving NZ$30 at the starting rate; Website Care from NZ$378/year, saving NZ$42 at the starting rate; Website Essentials Plus from NZ$486/year, saving NZ$54 at the starting rate; Website Care Plus from NZ$594/year, saving NZ$66 at the starting rate. Annual plans are paid upfront. The discount applies to plan fees only; setup, hourly content updates and separately quoted work are not discounted. Setup is quoted separately. Website Essentials and Website Care suit a straightforward site for your business, services and contact details, including a link to an existing booking platform. Essentials Plus and Care Plus add small, agreed database needs such as simple lists or basic enquiry records. Choose Essentials if you prefer to pay for content updates as needed, or Care if you want small text or photo edits included. We’ll confirm the right fit with you. Custom store setups, custom booking setups, memberships and clinical record systems need a separate assessment and quote.

Yes. Hosting and technical maintenance are included in every plan. Website Essentials and Website Essentials Plus do not include content updates; these cost NZ$50/hour, excluding GST. Website Care and Website Care Plus include small text or photo edits. Larger updates and new functionality are quoted separately. We’ll discuss your requirements and agree on a quote before any work begins.

Covie is a shared-calendar and scheduling platform being developed to help businesses and organisers coordinate appointments, teams and shared schedules. It is still in development, so we’ll confirm suitability, availability and available features during consultation.

A free Covie subscription is included for Neat Local customers who want it, as it becomes available. We’ll confirm suitability and available features with you. You don’t need to use Covie to have a Neat Local website.

Yes. We can connect visitors to your existing booking link. An embedded experience depends on the provider and its capabilities. Any paid booking-provider fees are separate.

Yes, SEO foundations and analytics are part of every plan. SEO does not guarantee search rankings. Analytics setup and any privacy or consent requirements will be agreed before it is enabled.

We can discuss connecting an existing domain. Domain registration and renewal charges, and mailbox services, are separate from website hosting.
